Use Python, R, C/C++ and other supported tools in the Interactive Terminal for analysis and figure generation. Reproducible scripts are safer than depending on one runtime session.

AI assistance

AI Review and Deep Research can help structure questions and inspect evidence, but they do not make generated prose a verified citation.
